Neumann Space won the Avalon 2025 Innovation Award
AVALON 26 March 2025 – Neumann Space wishes to congratulate our CEO, Herve ASTIER, for winning the prestigious Avalon 2025 Innovation Award, the blue ribbon from the Avalon Pitchfest and Awards competition.
Tony Quick, Head judge, said that “These awards celebrate innovators that are addressing real-world challenges with bold ideas and transformative solutions that could shape the future of defence, aerospace, and beyond”.
Herve pitched the “Neumann Drive: The New Standard for Electric Propulsion enabling the Space Economy” to a distinguished panel including current and former leaders from Australian and U.S. defence, research and industry organisations.
The trophy was presented to Neumann Space by Major General Hugh Meggitt, Head of the Advanced Strategic Capabilities Accelerator (ASCA).
This award goes to the entire team at Neumann Space for their relentless efforts to provide better mobility solutions for commercial and defence satellites.
